Chuck Lilly the hot headed "Service Manager"

To start Abby Depedro is an excellent service writer, she listens and cares about making your vehicle repairs to your satisfaction. I had some issues with a tire replacement, the dealership over charged me for road hazard warranty, when I needed it is when I found out of the over charge in the middle of a screw near the side wall, I paid for most of the tire. Then voiced my concerns and if was Chuck Lilly he listened did not say much, I told him I would give a bad rating for the Quick Lane service and I did just that, Chuck calls me and said my poor rating cost Abby $50.00 which I will give to her I don't want my big mouth to cost her anything. And that I'm no longer a customer of Desoto Ford and never return. We learn from the reviews customers give. I did not know Chuck spoke for the owners. Thanks, Glen Gavriloff

Great car buying experience at DeSoto Automall

The dealership went well above my expectations. I found a car online and called into the DeSoto Automall and Carolyn Worley answered the phone. I had a few questions about the vehicle, she was able to answer them thoroughly and then we discussed price. She told me the price and we came to an agreed upon number. 2 hours later I drove over to the dealership and she already had the vehicle detailed and gassed up. I took the vehicle for a 10 minute drive. Went in and met with Kevin Wantje. He already had my contract written up with the agreed upon numbers. I asked him if he had any warranty options, he did and went over all the options. He adjusted the contract price with the extended warranty that I had chosen. I signed and wrote him a check and walked out the door. I would say my entire time at the dealership lasted 45 mins. Great experience and I highly recommend them if anyone is in the market for buying a car.

Casey in service was great. Very nice helpful and even listened to me vent about the stress of blowing out my tire. The rental car place was horrible though. They refused to rent me the car they first said they would rent me because they had it rented the next day but neglected to mention that when I asked to reserve it

Great Service Department

I took my car in for an oil change on April 18, 2019. Caleb Aument was my service adviser. He is very courteous and conscientious about servicing vehicles. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included the 27 point checkup that is used at this dealership. I highly recommend this service adviser and this dealership for service.

New Truck Purchase

This has been one of the best experiences at a car dealer that we have had. Our sales person Christy was really on the ball. She not only answered all our questions but was thoroughly right on in her search for our vehicle. She was attentive and not high pressure sales person. She went over and above what our expectations were. She spent countless time researching for the Vehicle we wanted and could afford. The whole DeSoto Dealership gets a big well done and many thanks. Service with Randy

Randy your service department representative noyified me two months ago there was a problem that kept the engine light on. That visit cost us. Over$400. I brought the Jeep in two weeks ago with the engine light on . I recieved a loner becouse Randy said it would take all day to find out what the diagnosis was. The Dodge Journy had smoke billowing out of it and I promptly returned to the dealership . I returned,the keys to the Dodge Journy to the owner Matt Kratser.Randy informed,me it would be ten minutes amd I would be out of there. They finished in a few minutes and told me there was only the charge of the diagnostic fee of over $100. They did not charge me anything else. I returned Monday og this week withtheengine light back on. The owner stated it has been on thewholetime. He is unable to take time off of work. I was chatged over $500 for another repair. The customer service took $100 off the bill. Over $1000. In two,months. And the diagnosis was relivent to the first one. They should have taken care of the issue in January. Randy was very non caring of the situation. Elmer my salesman is awsome and I would buy a vehicle from him again if needed. This service department needs improvement. Laurie Phillips Gallaghet

Had a recall on my 2013 ram

Went to dealer with a card i got in the mail saying i had a recall for my 2013 ram. Took about 20 min and i was on my way to the lake! Outstanding job to Caleb, and the service staff!

From the first phone call, to the service dept, to the sales manager. Waylon, Clint, Rob and associates were all outstanding with their customer service. The best experience my wife and i have ever had with purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure every aspect of the sale went smoothly and that we were left with no unresolved issues. My new car purchase.

Before Thanksgiving last year I got an email from Ford showing the new 2019 Ford Edge ST. Since I was so happy with my 2015 Edge Sport and was having an oil change done I asked Abby who to talk to in sales cause I wanted to see the changes in the new model. I was dazzled again as I was in 2015 so I ordered the ST. I've driven it from my house to the dealership twice so far and am very happy with the performance and handling with the all wheel drive.

I like dealing with locally owned small town dealerships since I find the dealings much more enjoyable than dealing with large multi-store dealers. I can talk to the owner at any time and get very personal service. I've referred friends to Clint Slaggy and this dealership.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scott zimmerman was my service advisor. Very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle as it was a different brand. Great service experience keep up the good work . Need more people like him

Greatest car buying experience ever!

Clint and I communicated only by email. I told him what I was looking for and he assured me it would be no problem getting the vehicle I wanted. It is a 2018 Ford Escape sel with white platinum tri-coat paint. I told him I would be in on October 31st to finish up with the details. He had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I could tell from our email discussions what type of personality Clint has and knew he was the one I wanted to purchase my vehicle from. He is honest and straight forward and not the least bit pushy. It has been the best ever car buying experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Definitely would recommend lint to others who may be looking to purchase a vehicle.
